Tesla FSD (TAD) in Portugal: Not Approved Yet
As of 23 October 2026, Tesla FSD (Supervised) TAD isn't approved or available in Portugal. In a written reply published on 25 September 2026, the Government, citing IMT, said the conditions to recognise the Dutch approval are not met: there has been no independent national technical validation, including by ANSR, and it prefers to wait for the EU framework. The next EU step is a TCMV vote, December 2026 at the earliest.
