Hi, I'm Graham. I edit Not an FSD Tracker and write most of it.

The site covers Tesla Assisted Driving, TAD (FSD), which used to be called FSD Supervised. Where it's approved, how regulators decide, and how it actually behaves on real roads.

I live in the UK. I'm a UK Tesla owner who reads the regulations so you don't have to.

I go to primary sources first: type-approval decisions, ministry statements, UNECE and EU process documents, and official Tesla material. When I cite community reports or media, I label them clearly, and I'd rather link to a document.

My own UK Freedom of Information replies are collected in the FOI library.

The site isn't affiliated with Tesla, Inc., any vehicle manufacturer, or any government regulator. Funding comes from running the site privately, Original Content Rewards and related programmes on X, Patreon support, and affiliate or similar commercial links where disclosed. Editorial decisions are not for sale.

I write the news and analysis on the site, keep the country trackers up to date from public sources, and handle corrections.

What I'm after is practical clarity, for owners and for anyone watching the approval path. What's confirmed. What's still pending. What's only rumour.

What I focus on

  • National and regional TAD (FSD) approvals, and the recognition routes countries use
  • UNECE regulations, EU type approval, and how national authorities apply them
  • Testing programmes, mileage requirements, and the safety evidence used in decisions
  • What the key regulators do: the RDW (Netherlands), the VCA and related UK processes, and other type-approval bodies
  • Keeping confirmed regulatory facts apart from expectation or rumour
